Equality & Diversity

The Challenging Sexism in Sport eLearning course will address the different ways that sexism can present itself and look at some practical steps you can take to help tackle racism in your sport.

This course is designed to empower you to feel confident in reaching and engaging with players who are deaf and hard of hearing, by understanding their experiences and the barriers they face.

This course is designed to address menstrual health in the world of sports. Sadly, it is often a taboo topic, and many athletes face significant challenges managing their periods while competing or training. Together we can change this.

Healthy Mind & Healthy Body

The course will enable you to understand more about how negative mental health affects young people, in a different way to adults. Â It'll build empathy amongst your workforce towards your young members and simplify neuroscience theories, helping you to help your young players deal with issues.

From the negative effects of Social Media to dealing with the aftermath of the pandemic, there's been a real spike in anxiety levels amongst young people recently. This course will teach you how to detect heightened levels of Anxiety in your young players along with the best ways of helping them deal with this in a positive way.

Authored by two former clinical psychologists, this course will look at the practical steps coaches can take to build resilience in their younger players, in a safe and empathetic way.
