  • How to properly fuel your body, to obtain your peak performance
  • How to properly hydrate your body and the impacts of dehydration.

Created in partnership with leading Nutritionist Dr Richard Allison, former Head of Nutrition at Arsenal, the course will culminate in an assessment, which will see you awarded with a certificate and CPD points on successful completion.
