If you're having any issue with a course or the platform there are a variety of ways to get help.

Check out the FAQs below first and if you still can't find an answer contact us via the Help Desk, Live Chat or email.

The ‘Mark Complete’ button should be clickable once you’ve completed a lesson or module and pressed the ‘Exit Course’ button at the end of that module

If this isn’t the case it might be because there’s a slight update delay. Give it a minute and refresh the page. This should sort out the issue.

Click your account drop down and pick ‘Account Info’.

On this page you can change your password, change your email preferences and export your data.

You’ll find your certificates in your account area – click on the drop down arrow next to the course title.

You can also find your certificates on the left hand account menu.

Double check your span or junk email folders. If you can still not find the email it may be stuck in your firewall. Contact our Helpdesk and we’ll do a force resend.

You should also be aware of the browser you use. Firefox tends to work the best, Safari or Chrome are pretty good (though Chrome updates can cause problems) and some users have found Microsoft Edge works well. Sometimes it’s a case of trying them out – to download them click on the below links:

If you purchased multiple licences you will have been sent a guide via email to adding users. You’ll find instructional videos in your group management page. To access go to your main account page and scroll down till you see the ‘Group Management’ button. Click this button and you’ll be there.
