We’re pleased to celebrate alongside Racing Pride this LGBT History Month, raising awareness of our LGBTQ+ Inclusion in your Sport online course created for Sport National Governing Bodies (NGBs), associations, and clubs.

Racing Pride, developed alongside Stonewall UK in 2019, is an innovative movement to positively promote LGBTQ+ inclusivity and to challenge negative stereotypes and misconceptions through the platform of motorsport.

The aim of the course is to help people understand the challenges faced daily by many coaches, athletes, and sports personnel, from different backgrounds, and how these can be overcome.  The course uses a range of case studies, including Racing Pride’s co-founder Richard Morris, and covers various approaches to learning to ensure that the content is accessible to all candidates.
