During this course you’ll understand the steps you can take to support the volunteers within your club/sport.
Course learning outcomes:
- Consider how you can best support volunteers.
- Create a club volunteer culture statement.
- Learn some of the barriers to volunteering.
The course will culminate in an assessment, which will see you awarded with a certificate and CPD points on successful completion.
