During this course you’ll understand the steps you can take to start to make your club/sport a more welcoming and inclusive environment for members of the LGBTQ+ Community.

We’ll cover the following:

  • Understanding the challenges LGBTQ+ people can face
  • Appropriate use of LGBTQ+ terminology
  • How to be an ally to LGBTQ+ people
  • Creating an inclusive environment and culture

Created in collaboration with Racing Pride, the course will culminate in an assessment, which will see you awarded with a certificate and CPD points on successful completion.

Richard Morris is a British racing driver and is currently a works driver for Revolution Race Cars competing in the European Sports Prototype Cup. He is also the creator of the Racing Pride movement to positively promote LGBTQ+ inclusion through motorsport.

Racing Pride is a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) rights organisation working in the motorsport industry to promote inclusivity across the sport, amongst its technological and commercial partners and further afield.
