EDI Pathway
The aim of this course is to empower individuals and organisations to become proactively Anti-Racist, with the knowledge and understanding to safely challenge racist behaviours wherever they occur.
This course will give your sport/ club realistic steps to take to engage with all your local communities. It'll consider what barriers might exist and then advise on how you and others can overcome these. You'll be given practical ideas on steps you can take to make your sport/club more inclusive.
This course will help you to understand the challenges faced on a daily basis by many coaches, athletes and sports personnel, from different backgrounds, and also how these can be overcome
Learn how you can ensure that your sport / club is doing all it can to make it a welcoming place for girls. This course will give you realistic steps that will help you engage with teenage girls.
