Equality and Diversity in Sport

Our aim with Equality and Diversity in Sport is to create a course which is current and relevant specifically to sport. We want this course to help people understand the challenges faced on a daily basis by many coaches, athletes and sports personnel, from different backgrounds, and also how these can be overcome.  The course uses a range of case studies, and different approaches to learning to ensure that the content is accessible to all candidates.

The course will culminate in an assessment, which will see you awarded with a certificate and CPD points on successful completion.

‘A fantastic course with insightful and relevant learning throughout, backed up by fantastic resources that can be utilised immediately.

‘This is a great course that takes you on a clear learning path, with real life case studies that demonstrates the positive impact on individuals and the organisational benefits of embracing equality and diversity.   It shows that as well as providing a fair and equitable service to everyone, treating people equally, to ensure they get the dignity and respect they deserve, that embracing equality and diversity means organisations can benefit from a diverse workplace with new skills and ideas, better brand reputation and new talent.’
